Ryan Ross

Ryan has over 18 years of experience across a wide range of industries. He has worked in numerous practices at Hogan over the last 14 years including the selection and development practices, as well as working with Hogan’s strategic alliances and partners around the world. Ryan has developed and implemented large scale, multi-level selection programs domestically and internationally, consulted with organizations on selecting people into new jobs, and on the use of personality based and future oriented job analysis. Ryan also has vast experience in validating and defending the use of personality assessments in the pre-employment context. Ryan’s experience also encompasses leadership development, talent management, and succession planning projects. Practically, Ryan has experience integrating Hogan’s tools into various development programs at all levels of the organization, including the integration of data into larger development and succession planning processes.

Chris Duffy
Vice President | Corporate Solutions

Chris manages all aspects of Hogan’s customer-facing Corporate Solutions practice, working closely with clients and prospects to identify innovative ways to help their organizations implement effective assessment solutions. Chris’s dynamic team provides a continuity of service to help companies make informed hiring decisions, develop their key talent, and take leadership to the next level. Over his professional career, Chris has worked in a multitude of business development environments, and has practical experience in a variety of marketing and supply channels across industries. He holds an MBA in International Business and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of the Hogan Leadership Team.

Jarrett Shalhoop, Ph.D.

Jarrett is a Senior Consultant in the Global Alliances Consulting Practice. While working with many of the Fortune Global 500 companies, he has designed and implemented numerous large-scale employee selection and leadership development programs across a wide range of organizational applications. As part of his specialized expertise, he has developed, validated, and evaluated multiple assessment-based solutions using validity generalization and criterion-related validation. His extensive experience also includes the creation and delivery of training programs across the globe for assessment tools, structured interviews, and assessment centers.

Adam Vassar
Senior Consultant | Corporate Solutions

Adam supports client assessment solution design, validation, implementation, and ongoing usage and refinement for both candidate selection and leadership development. He also regularly conducts assessment feedback delivery to support results interpretation for leaders and facilitates Hogan Assessment Certification Workshops. Adam has 8 years of consulting experience and has worked with many large organizations in numerous industries, including transportation, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and retail. He has developed a wide range of talent management programs including online candidate selection testing, behavioral interviewing, managerial simulations, 360 multi-rater feedback surveys, assessment centers, and executive coaching.

Kevin Meyer, Ph.D.
Consultant | Global Alliances

Kevin is a Consultant in the Global Alliances Consulting Practice. His primary responsibility is consulting with international partners and domestic clients to establish and support selection and development interventions. Prior to becoming a consultant, Kevin gained extensive experience managing the international research practices at Hogan. In this role, he engineered the development, validation, and application of Hogan’s assessments around the world. Kevin has championed the creation of new, standardized processes for assessment adaptation, equivalence analyses, and local norm development. Furthermore, he facilitates product maintenance and development, and investigates research questions toward the goals of process improvement and publication.

Audrey Wallace
Consultant | Corporate Solutions

Audrey Wallace is a member of Hogan’s Corporate Solutions Consulting Practice. She works hand-in-hand with clients exploring business development opportunities, designing applicable selection and development assessment solutions, and facilitating project deployment for a number of Fortune 500 organizations. Audrey has more than five years of talent management experience including individual development and coaching; personality-based assessment; selecting, coaching, and developing high performing teams; and the design of succession management programs. Prior to joining Hogan in 2006, she worked with MassMutual Financial Group focusing on the design and delivery of various forms of pre-implementation training to sales managers throughout the U.S. Audrey received her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College.

Jennifer Lowe

Jennifer is a domestic business consultant at Hogan. She currently is responsible for managing selection-based assessment projects, providing developmental feedback and coaching for organizational leaders, and assisting in the delivery of team building and assessment certification workshops for the US business. Jennifer has helped support the implementation of a variety of selection and development focused projects for a number of Fortune 500 companies. Jennifer earned her Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Tulsa, where she conducted research in the areas of work-family conflict, and the influence of employee attitudes on organizational outcomes.

Jackie VanBroekhoven

Jackie VanBroekhoven is a Corporate Solutions Consultant at Hogan. Working with many of the Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. and around the globe, she has designed and implemented selection-based assessment projects, leadership development programs, and other talent management activities across a wide variety of organizational applications. Jackie has supported the development of a wide variety of assessment-based products, including a change management tool, customized behaviorally-based interview systems, high-potential identification programs, and executive selection procedures. She has effectively delivered Hogan developmental feedback to organizational leaders across nearly every industry and job function. Jackie manages relationships between Hogan and its partners with a strong client-focus and effectively designs solutions to fit each organization’s unique business needs.

Kristin Switzer
Consultant | Global Alliances

Kristin Switzer is a Consultant with Hogan’s Global Alliances Practice. She works closely with domestic and international consulting partners to design talent identification processes and collaborates with the Hogan Research Division to implement validated solutions. Kristin’s primary responsibilities also include educating current partners on new Hogan products, identifying and managing new alliance relationships, and building custom assessment solutions for partners’ talent management initiatives. Kristin earned her MBA from the University of Tulsa with a specialization in product innovation and development.

Jesse Whitsett

Jesse started with Hogan in 2001 on the support side of operations, and in November of 2010 transitioned to the Corporate Solutions Practice. He specializes in aligning Hogan’s assessment solutions with the unique facets of a given organization’s selection or development initiatives. Jesse’s tenure at Hogan allows him to provide both extensive knowledge of Hogan products and services, as well as the systems and technology behind them.

Cheryl Dunlap

Ms. Dunlap is a member of the Corporate Solutions Practice, and works closely with clients and prospects to help identify proper tools and solutions for their needs. Her diverse background includes sales, marketing, and customer-facing roles. She holds a B.A. in Corporate Communication from Southern Methodist University and a M.A. in Global Communication from the American University of Paris.

Dustin Hunter

As a Consultant in Hogan’s Global Alliances Practice, Dustin is responsible for providing direct and indirect consulting services to a wide range of consultancies and alliance partners. Dustin supports the design and implementation of employee selection and development processes, manages new market opportunities in collaboration with the Business and Client Development practice, and supports domestic and international consulting partner initiatives to increase client reach and organizational effectiveness. Dustin holds an MS in Educational Psychology and MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Jane is a Corporate Solutions Consultant at Hogan. She is responsible for designing and implementing validated selection, development, and leadership programs across all levels of the organization. Her focus is managing in-bound sales leads, maintaining strong client relationships, building client specific assessment solutions, and delivering developmental feedback to organizational leaders. Jane earned her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Emporia State University.

Carolee McClure

Carolee is a Consultant in the Global Alliances Consulting Practice. In her role, she provides human capital management consultation and technical expertise in designing selection and development programs that are legally defensible and that help maximize return on investment for clients. Carolee brings with her a broad background in research and human capital management consultation, including experience designing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of selection processes, training and development programs, and other organization development initiatives. Carolee earned her Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and MBA at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
