Hogan Partners fall into three main categories: Hogan Alliance Partners are large scale, domestic and/or international consulting firms that have domain expertise and a successful track record in human capital management. These organizations incorporate the Hogan tools in their daily business practices, usually as part of their selection, development, coaching, and/or talent management services. Hogan Consulting Partners are small or independent firms that sell our assessments as a part of their human resources consulting, organization development consulting or executive coaching services. Consulting Partners work either directly with Hogan USA, or with one of our International Distributors to supply their clients with the Hogan tools. Hogan International Distributors are medium- to large-scale consulting firms that have a successful track record in providing services in the human capital management domain. These multidisciplinary organizations have well-established sales channels and clientele. International Distributors take on the responsibility of offering and supporting the full suite of Hogan products and assessments in their country, including local Hogan training and certification, marketing, and customer service functions.

  • Valid corporation in good standing with a solid web presence

  • Certification on all Hogan assessments
