Paul Barrett, Ph.D.
Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Barrett is a world-renowned scholar on psychometrics, performance measurement, and data analysis. He provides strategic innovation and development of new methods of psychological attribute assessment. Additionally, he oversees the use of fuzzy-system and machine-learning algorithms for maximizing the accurate prediction of work-related criteria, alongside enhanced person-target profile construction, and novel approaches to profile matching.
Jeff Foster, Ph.D.
Director | Research & Development
Dr. Foster specializes in job analysis, performance appraisal, test development, and test validation. He directs the accumulation and validation of research ensuring that our data satisfy all legal and scientific standards. His division performs hundreds of client research studies every year to demonstrate the relationship between personality and job performance.
Ryan Ross
Director | Alliances & Partners
Mr. Ross is a renowned authority on talent assessment for employee selection and leadership development. He is an accomplished expert on criterion-related and validity-generalization based implementation of personality assessments. Mr. Ross is responsible for establishing and fostering successful strategic alliances and partner relationships.
Greg Barnett, Ph.D.
Director | Domestic Consulting
Dr. Barnett champions the selection and development practices for domestic operations. Dr. Barnett is an accomplished expert in the complexities of scientific assessment combined with their use and implementation in the workplace. He develops solutions using personality assessments paired with an organization’s unique culture to improve hiring practices and leadership programs.
Bill Monrose
Director | International Operations
Mr. Monrose is responsible for the worldwide expansion and distribution management of Hogan’s assessment solutions. Under his direction, the International Consulting Division forms key partnerships, and develops reporting and testing capabilities in over 30 languages. Additionally, he serves as in-house contract and legal management.
Christopher J. Duffy
Business & Client Development Practice Leader
Mr. Duffy manages all aspects of business and client development. He implements Hogan’s primary customer facing discipline and provides easy-to-integrate solutions to organizations of all sizes. Mr. Duffy’s team provides a continuity of service to help companies make informed hiring decisions, develop their key talent, and take leadership to the next level.
