  1. Individual Assessment
    Evaluating a person's fit with the spectrum of career choices in the economy and highlighting possible conflicts between a person's value orientation and career requirements.
  2. Personnel Selection
    Evaluating the degree to which a person's core values match the requirements of a particular job, career, or organizational culture (e.g., people who have high scores on the MVPI Altruistic scale prefer to work in organizations that emphasize helping others).
