Hogan’s online assessment platform is available 24/7, which makes it possible for individuals to complete inventories from any computer with an internet connection. Reports can be viewed upon completion or immediately delivered to a designated recipient.

Customizable
Hogan’s administrative platform, called HALO (Hogan Assessment Link Online), empowers clients to manage their assessment programs at any time. Administrators can create and issue user information, build groups, functionally separate data, request report options, set report delivery, and track the candidates’ status.

Our Customer Service Team (CST) individually trains each client to use the HALO system, and is available to provide ongoing support via telephone or email for the entirety of the business relationship.

Additionally, Hogan’s assessment platform uses industry-standard protocols, and can be customized on a per-client basis. Hogan has a long history of integrating assessment tools with many different human resource information and applicant tracking systems.
