The current class of college graduates is most educated, technologically advanced, and technically skilled group to ever enter the workforce. According to recent research, however, 22% of recent graduates are working jobs that don’t require a college degree, and an equal number aren’t working at all.

Although much of the blame for this phenomenon can be blamed on a stagnant economy and sour job market, the widespread and persistent nature of un- and underemployment suggests that something else is keeping this talented young generation from succeeding in the workforce.
