The Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop includes many valuable benefits for each participant:

• A free personal assessment and one-hour feedback session with a Hogan consultant (> $900 value).
• A paperback copy of The Hogan Guide ($75 value) and access to three technical manuals (HPI, HDS, and MVPI; $165 value)
• Free account set-up on our assessment platform, Hogan Assessment Link Online (HALO), to administer the three assessments online (HPI, HDS, and MVPI) and receive reports via e-mail ($450 value).
• Two days of certification by Hogan consultants who have multiple years of assessment administration and interpretation experience.
• Free ongoing access to Hogan consultants for difficult assessment interpretations and implementation questions.

Also, we are offering an optional Hogan Development Feedback Certification. For $500, participants who successfully complete a simulation-based practice feedback session will receive a certificate acknowledging completion of additional training focused on providing professional development feedback using our three inventories.

The Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop teaches participants to use three Hogan inventories:

• Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), which evaluates personality characteristics that people need to get along and get ahead (i.e., job fit).
• Hogan Development Survey (HDS), which identifies factors that impede career success (i.e., management fit).
• Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), which assesses business drivers and core values for individual fit within a corporate culture (i.e., organizational fit).

The Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop enhances each participant's interpretive skills through advanced case studies, applied feedback, and coaching.

• Participants will conduct detailed interpretation and analysis of assessment results.
• Participants will give comprehensive feedback on the HPI, HDS, and MVPI in group and individual settings.
• Successful demonstration of data interpretation and feedback proficiency will lead to documented certification on the Hogan inventories.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS:
Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc., is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education credits for psychologists. Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc., maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

If you cancel your Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop registration, Hogan Assessment Systems will automatically transfer your registration to a future workshop date. Hogan Assessment Systems does not offer a refund of the workshop fee.
