Hogan Workshops

The two-day Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop provides an in-depth understanding of how to use and interpret the Hogan assessment suite. The workshop provides a comprehensive tutorial on three Hogan inventories—Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI); Hogan Development Survey (HDS); and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI). Participants attending both days and successfully completing post-workshop extracurricular activities will be certified to use the Hogan inventories.

The two-day Hogan Advanced Interpretation Workshop provides in-depth instruction on using Configural Interpretation to deepen one’s expertise with Hogan profile interpretation. Workshop participants will learn interpretation techniques to increase their ability to evaluate Hogan profiles across all three Hogan assessments. These data can be used to provide assessment foundations for effective development plans and coaching for leaders and high potential employees.
