When the leaders of Tulsa’s City Lights Foundation completed the Hogan Leadership Experience (HLX), their results revealed gaps between how they saw themselves and how others experienced their leadership. Rather than viewing these gaps as problems to fix, they saw opportunity. Combining their use of HLX with additional team development sessions, they gained a shared language for understanding the role of personality in leadership performance.
