Hogan Public Basic, Advanced Interpretation and Feedback Certification Workshops.
The following provisions apply to all Hogan Public Certification Workshops:
- Refunds: Vendor is unable to provide refunds for any online certification course registration.
- Transfers: If the participant is unable to attend the Vendor course for which the participant originally registered, the participant must contact GLD@hoganassessments.com. The participant may transfer registration one time at no cost if the request is made at least fourteen (14) days before the workshop start date. If the participant requests a transfer fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the workshop, a $250 transfer fee will be incurred.
Subsequent Transfers: Once the one-time complimentary transfer has been used, any additional transfer requests will be subject to the following fees based on the date the request is received:
- 14-11 days prior to the workshop date, a $250 transfer fee will be incurred.
- 10-6 days prior to the workshop start date, a $350 transfer fee will be incurred.
- 5 or fewer days prior to the workshop start date, a $600 transfer fee will be incurred.
Feedback Late Cancellation/No Show Fees: Assessment Feedback Sessions that are cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance or when participants neither cancel nor attend are subject to a Late Cancellation/No Show Fee of $100 per occurrence.
Discounts and coupons: Hogan Assessment Systems does not offer retroactive discounts; any coupon codes must be entered at the time of registration.
Workshops hosted by Hogan distributors: If you register for a workshop held by a non-Hogan U.S. or international distributor, please contact them directly to inquire about the cancellation policy.
*Once a workshop registration is purchased, it must be used within 1 year of the purchased date.
Hogan Privately Sponsored Basic, Advanced Interpretation and Feedback Certification Workshops.
The following provisions apply to all client-held Hogan Private Certification Workshops:
- Refunds: Vendor is unable to provide refunds for any online certification course registration.
- Transfers: If the participant is unable to attend the privately sponsored course for which the participant originally registered, the participant must contact GLD@hoganassessments.com at
least ten (10) days prior to the workshop start date to have the registration transferred to a future client-held Hogan Private Workshop, if one is scheduled and where seats are available, at no additional
cost. Alternatively, the participant may transfer their private registration to a public workshop by paying the current retail registration fees associated with the public workshop of their choice. The participant may transfer registration one time at no cost if the request is made at least fourteen (14) days before the workshop start date. If the participant requests a transfer fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the workshop, a $250 transfer fee will be incurred.
