Private equity firms are under mounting pressure to expedite value creation, and traditional strategies are no longer sufficient. With extended hold periods, industry roll-ups, and an ultracompetitive deal landscape, operational performance and leadership effectiveness are now primary drivers of returns. Yet many firms still struggle with aligning leadership priorities, optimizing team performance, and strategic succession planning—and all of these challenges directly impact investment outcomes.

The most forward-thinking PE firms are shifting their approach to talent. In particular, they’re integrating leadership assessment, alignment and development into their investment strategies from due diligence through exit. By leveraging data-driven insights, these firms are making informed leadership decisions and reducing risk. Their portfolio company executives don’t merely operate their businesses anymore; they transform them.

Join us for this virtual event to explore how current talent strategies are helping PE firms mitigate risk, improve alignment between investors and leadership teams, and fast-track value creation.
