Hogan Assessments is excited to announce Tami France, PhD, PCC, as the newest director of the Hogan Coaching Network (HCN). The HCN is a network of the world’s top professional coaches and consultants who demonstrate expertise in the Hogan assessments and executive coaching. HCN coaches consistently elevate the effectiveness of leaders and, by doing so, elevate the success of their teams.
An ICF-certified coach with a doctorate in leadership and change, France brings more than 20 years of coaching and industry experience to this HCN director position. “After an enriching chapter as a consulting leader and executive coach at Hogan, I’m excited to now support and partner with our talented coaches across the globe,” said France. “We are doing important work at Hogan, designing and innovating products and offerings, and we are pleased to bring these to life through the most talented coaches in the world.”
The Hogan Coaching Network places personality at the heart of its solutions through expert coaching and powerful insights delivered to clients every day. With more than 1,500 years of broad experience combined, HCN coaches conduct more than 3,500 coaching sessions and assessment debriefs each year.
An essential aim of HCN coaches is to put leadership development into context. Using data-driven talent insights from our scientifically validated assessments, our coaches support leaders in establishing a measurable-goal driven development plan in the organizational and competitive landscape where they operate. Clients can leverage expert Hogan coaching in their executive development, high-potential, and onboarding initiatives in all countries and time zones.
For their years of hard work and dedication to building the HCN, France thanks Hogan’s Trish Kellett, former HCN director and now strategic advisor of integrated solutions, and Jackie Sahm, vice president of integrated solutions. “Most importantly, I’m grateful to our Hogan coaches for being one of the most integral parts of our clients’ success—yesterday, today, and into the future,” France said.
