As Hogan’s CEO, Scott brings years of expertise in executive selection, development, and succession to his leadership and vision for all aspects of Hogan’s domestic and global business. He was one of Hogan Assessments’ first employees and, following a 12-year stint as Vice President of Talent Management and Organizational Development at Pentair, he returned to Hogan in 2013 to continue to help clients leverage the science of personality. He is instrumental is providing expertise on executive selection, development, and succession to Hogan’s global, corporate clients and supports the work of Hogan’s global business alliances with distribution partners.
Joining Hogan in 1997, Ryan Ross is an integral part of the historic trajectory of Hogan from a small startup to the powerhouse Hogan brand of today. His experience spans from implementing multi-level selection programs to managing Hogan’s strategic alliances and partners around the world. With assessment experience in more than 60 countries, Ryan is regarded as an industry expert on personality use for employee selection and leadership development.
Since joining Hogan in 2008, Chris Duffy has evolved into one of the most dynamic professionals in the assessment industry. He has assisted numerous Fortune 500 companies in making informed hiring decisions, developing key talent, and identifying future leaders. Having worked with clients across a wide range of industries, Chris is well-known as a catalyst to organizational growth and development.
Chris Kingham joined Hogan in 2012 as VP of Information Technology, leading the IT and customer service team in implementing innovative technology solutions for new product and report offerings, global client projects, system integrations, customer support, and process improvement. He was elevated to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2015 where he works with the Hogan Board of Directors to set the company’s overall direction, and oversees the execution of departmental strategies.
As Chief Financial Officer, Amy Brown coordinates the company’s financial policies and takes personal responsibility for ensuring our internal and external processes are top notch. Since joining Hogan in 2002, she has been responsible for budgetary concerns, invoicing, tax preparation, financial reporting, and collections.
