Robert Hogan has been shaking up the psychological community since the 1960s. “I have spent my career defending the study of personality against a seemingly endless supply of academic critics.” The first psychologist to demonstrate the link between personality and organizational effectiveness, RT and his wife Joyce founded Hogan in 1987. Today he is the leading authority on personality assessment and leadership. “To skeptics who doubt the relevance – even the existence of personality: Believe or suffer the consequences. Wendy Howell Hogan

Wendy Howell Hogan, MA, is chief executive officer, partner, and chair of the board at Hogan Assessments. She first joined Hogan in 2013 as the editor of Hogan Press. Prior to that, she had a decades-long career in corporate communications, publishing, public relations, and learning and development, which culminated in founding her own consulting company. She earned her master’s degree in English at the University of Tulsa.

Chris Kingham

Partner | Chief Operating Officer

Chris Kingham joined Hogan in 2012 as VP of Information Technology, leading the IT and customer service team in implementing innovative technology solutions for new product and report offerings, global client projects, system integrations, customer support, and process improvement. He was elevated to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2015 where he works with the Hogan Board of Directors to set the company’s overall direction, and oversees the execution of departmental strategies.
