We are currently updating the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), our measure of workplace values and interests, and the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), our measure of day-to-day personality. We are finishing data collection for the new MVPI’s global norm and item tests for the updated HPI.
