Reese Haydon, senior director and head of executive talent and learning at PayPal
Reese Haydon is an executive talent and leadership development leader with over a decade of experience helping organizations connect leadership to business strategy and drive performance. He currently serves as senior director and head of executive talent and learning at PayPal, where he oversees the full VP+ employee lifecycle, including executive selection, onboarding, assessment, coaching, development, succession planning, and top team effectiveness.
Prior to joining PayPal, Reese led executive talent management and succession planning at Salesforce and designed and launched the company's first-ever intact team executive development program for Sales SVP+ leaders in the three largest businesses. At Dropbox, he built and scaled the executive coaching practice, designed leadership accelerator programs, and partnered directly with the C-suite on team development and effectiveness. Earlier in his career, he led Cisco's global executive coaching practice and ran executive assessments for VP+ selection and development.
Reese is a regular speaker at industry conferences on topics including leadership development, executive coaching, talent management, and AI. His work has been featured in Psychology Today, and he has presented at the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Society of Consulting Psychology annual conferences, as well as Columbia University's biannual Coaching Conference.

Erin Lazarus is the senior director of business development at Hogan Assessments. In this role, she leads and directs Hogan's talent solutions consulting and commercial organization. Erin guides her team to serve as strategic advisors, helping business leaders and organizations succeed using Hogan's data-driven talent insights. She and her team provide research-based consulting services that empower organizations to harness their people's potential, increase retention and engagement, build a talent pipeline, improve team dynamics, and mitigate leadership derailment through development.
Before working at Hogan, Erin was director of solution architects at SHL, where her team was responsible for designing talent solutions in the Americas. She also has business leadership experience in healthcare and experience in talent management consulting and talent analytics.
Erin has a background in industrial-organizational psychology and is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
