It’s no secret some people have better judgment than others:
- 25% of people regret something they posted to Facebook
- 31% of people regret their tattoos
- 50% of marriages in the US end in divorce
Although most would chalk those statistics up to stupid people doing stupid things, that doesn’t account for the abundance of very smart people who just can’t seem to get it right.
Why Smart People Make Bad Decisions, a free ebook from Hogan Assessments, explores judgment in three phases – information processing, pre-decision biases, and how we react to bad news.
